  • Economical One-day Passport Ticket (1F S seat: 12,500 yen, 2F A seat: 8,000 yen) admits you to a set of five performances in Hall A.
  • The Hall A Child Discount has been increased to 500yen.

Important Information about Ticket Sales

  • Infants 2 years of age and under may only attend the “From Zero” concerts (No. 111, 211, 311) held each day in Hall A. Infants 2 years of age and under may attend the concerts with free admission when accompanied by a guardian at least 18 years of age, with one infant per guardian sitting on the guardian’s lap.
  • Children under 6 years of age may not attend concerts beginning after 18:30 Thank you for your understanding.
  • Purchased tickets may not be refunded (canceled) or exchanged under any circumstance.
  • Please check the concert details at the time of purchase to prevent purchasing the wrong tickets.
  • Concerts may finish slightly before or after the scheduled time. When purchasing tickets, please schedule enough time between concerts to allow for delays.
  • Tickets may not be reissued for any reason (lost, destroyed, damaged, etc.).
  • Telephone numbers beginning with 0570 may not be accessible from some mobile phones and IP phones. Please confirm accessibility with your telephone service provider.

Childcare Service

Childcare service is available from 9:00-21:30 when attending paid performances.
※Reservations are required, and there is a fee for the service.
Reservations will be accepted beginning March 16 (Mon.) for paid performance ticket holders.
