Important Information about Ticket Sales
- The “Baby Concert” (performance number 311, Thursday, May 5th, a national holiday) held in Hall A is the only performance allowing for children aged two and under to enter. One child per accompanying adult aged 18 or older is admitted free of charge provided that they sit on the lap of the adult.
- Children under 6 years of age may not attend concerts beginning after 18:30 Thank you for your understanding.
- The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Ordinance for Healthy Youth Development prohibits individuals under age of 18 from being at concert halls from 23:00. This also applies when these individuals are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Once ticket sales are launched, availability may depend on the ticket agency. For example, while one ticket agency may be sold out for Halls A, C, and the Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall, other ticket agencies may still have availability.
- Purchased tickets may not be refunded (canceled) or exchanged under any circumstance.
- Please check the concert details at the time of purchase to prevent purchasing the wrong tickets.
- Concerts may finish slightly before or after the scheduled time. When purchasing tickets, please schedule enough time between concerts to allow for delays.
- Tickets may not be reissued for any reason (lost, destroyed, damaged, etc.).
- Telephone numbers beginning with 0570 may not be accessible from some mobile phones and IP phones. Please confirm accessibility with your telephone service provider.
Childcare Service
Childcare service is available from 9:00-21:00 when attending paid performances.
※Reservations are required, and there is a fee for the service.
Reservations will be accepted beginning March 22(Tue.) for paid performance ticket holders.
